You didn’t come this far to feel Stuck.

It’s time to step into

Recovery

that Feels like Freedom.

Introducing:

RESET & RESET O

brought to you by Recovery Matters

Available in Spanish

RESET and RESET O are 12-week virtual recovery programs designed for real life.
Backed by research and evidence-based tools,
they help you stay grounded, accountable, and in motion.

Why This Matters: Harm Reduction & Health Equity

We understand that not everyone has access to a treatment center, time off work, or a safe environment to complete inpatient detox.

For many, recovery needs to happen in the middle of real life — while parenting, working, or rebuilding.

That’s why RESET and RESET-O are built around harm reduction and health equity: giving people support that fits into their circumstances, not just into systems.

It’s recovery that honors your autonomy, respects your dignity, and meets you where you are.

This is how we reduce barriers and increase Recovery Capital:

By making structure, coaching, and accountability available to people

who’ve historically been left out of the system — or harmed by it.

This program is available in Spanish.

RESET

Is for those recovering from alcohol use disorder.

It’s for the person who’s poured bottles down the sink more than once.

The one who swore it off on Monday and found themselves drinking again by Friday.

The one who knows deep down they want more — not just sobriety, but peace, stability, and purpose.

It’s also for the person who’s struggled with meth use disorder — the one who’s tired of racing thoughts, burnt bridges, and sleepless nights.

The one who craves stillness but doesn’t know how to stop running.

It provides behavioral support for individuals in early recovery from substance use — ideally after completing a stabilization process, whether formal or self-directed.

It was designed for those who choose abstinence as their recovery path.

RESET O

Is for individuals healing from opioid use disorder who are currently on MOUD (such as Suboxone)

It’s for the person who’s exhausted from chasing relief —
Tired of the cycle, not just of withdrawal and relapse, but of the emotional crash that follows it.

RESET-O was designed to work alongside MOUD — and through Recovery Matters, it’s delivered with live coaching, virtual accountability, and compassionate structure that helps people stay connected to their progress.

Because medication is just one part of recovery.
What happens between appointments — the cravings, the doubt, the emotional rollercoaster — that’s where people often feel alone.

And want someone walking with them while they rebuild.

RESET and RESET O offer 12 weeks of support that’s steady, non-judgmental, and real.

No pressure to be perfect. Just a plan, a partner, and a path forward.

Contingency Management:

Motivation That Meets You Where You Are

In both RESET and RESET O, you don’t just learn.

You get recognized for doing the work.

Contingency Management is a rewards-based system that reinforces your progress.

You earn tangible incentives for completing coaching sessions, passing drug screens, and staying engaged.

It helps rewire your brain’s reward system and gives you the motivation to keep going — especially when willpower alone isn’t enough.

Recovery doesn’t need to be about shame or punishment.

It can be about forward movement, celebration and progress that actually feels like progress.

Private, Judgment-Free Accountability

We use the PROOF app by RecoveryTrek to provide discreet, secure drug and alcohol testing right from your phone.

There are no clinics to check into.

No awkward waiting rooms.

Just trusted verification you can use to build confidence in yourself — and rebuild trust with others.

Alcohol screening and breathalyzer options are also available.

Our virtual drug testing or alcohol monitoring isn’t about catching you doing something wrong — it’s about helping you stay connected to your progress.

This is accountability designed for dignity.

At Recovery Matters...

We don’t believe in quick fixes or shame-based models.

We believe in walking alongside people who are doing the hard work of recovery — and giving them tools that actually make it sustainable.

Everything we do is rooted in increasing your Recovery Capital — and offering

Harm Reduction pathways that meet you exactly where you are.

No judgment. No lectures.

Just care, consistency, and practical next steps.

RESET and RESET O are here for the moments after detox...

After treatment....or anytime before you return to use.

Even when you’re holding things together — but can’t afford, access, or time to go inpatient or the traditional care model.

It can simply be utilized  when you know you need something more.

 Recovery shouldn’t feel like Surviving.

It should feel like Thriving.

Real-Time Insight. Measurable Progress.

Smarter Recovery.

RESET and RESET-O are built for real life—not just ideal conditions.
They’re about staying connected, staying honest, and having the right tools in place when the hard days come.

That’s where Rae Health’s wearable and the Recovery Capital Index come in.
The Rae device monitors stress and craving patterns in real time, giving you a gentle signal before things spiral.

The Recovery Capital Index tracks meaningful progress across emotional, physical, and social areas—so you can see what’s working and where to focus next.

Together, these tools make recovery more responsive, more personal, and more sustainable.

And the results speak for themselves:

    • Over 91% of RESET-O participants continued in long-term recovery—far exceeding traditional models.

    • Participants saw a 60% reduction in hospitalizations and emergency room visits.

    • Coaching, testing, and digital rewards help reinforce positive behaviors and reduce relapse risk.

This is real support — grounded in data, designed for your life and proven to help you move forward.

đź”· Recovery Matters. Safety First.

At Recovery Matters, we believe healing should be accessible, personalized, and grounded in dignity—not one-size-fits-all.

Before beginning Reset O, we offer a brief, supportive screening process using the ASAM Criteria (American Society of Addiction Medicine).

This ensures you're not only in the right place—but that we’re taking care of what matters most: your safety and long-term success.

Our ASAM screening looks at:

  • Your current emotional, mental, and physical stability

  • Any lingering substance use concerns

  • Stressors or barriers that may impact your recovery

  • Your level of readiness, motivation, and support

  • And if you need a higher level of care than Recovery Support

This is not a test—and there are no wrong answers.

It's a compassionate check-in designed to help us customize your care.

Join Us and stay accountable, supported,

and on track—every step of the way.
